We are a husband and wife team located in Ruakaka, Northland, New Zealand. As our Company name suggests we like to be creative and different. We have been producing glass items for 10 years now and over that time have acquired skills in glass fusing, slumping and casting, mould production and ceramics. We enjoy creating beautiful functional items.

Cast and Fused Glass techniques are quite extraordinary and date back to the ancient artisans of Egypt. Fusing starts with at least two layers of glass and often involves many more. Casting starts with the creation of plaster mould for each piece. The kilns are then heated to at least 1450 degrees Farenheit at which point in fusing, the pieces become one and in casting, the glass becomes molten and pours into the mould.
